The Missouri Senate passed a bill this week that fixed an error in the proposition language.
 
Funds raised from the removal of loss limits will be deposited into the classroom trust fund.

The bill's sponsor, Sen. Charlie Shields, said moving the money through the fund will ensure it gets deposited into classrooms.
 
The bill now moves on to the State House of Representatives, and then, to the governor for his signature.
